Nicolas Tamayo Lopez

Nicolas Tamayo Lopez defends his clients with an emphasis on technical defence and on honest, transparent communication.

He appears before criminal and civil authorities with rigour and commitment.

After completing his legal traineeship with NOMEA Avocats from 2021 to 2022, he obtained his bar admission at the February 2023 session and remained employed by that firm as an associate until May 2026. In June 2026, he co-founded FORI Avocat·e·s.

Of Colombian origin and fluent in Spanish, Nicolas offers personalised support to a clientele that is notably Spanish-speaking. He practises mainly in judicial litigation, both criminal and civil, immigration law and naturalisation. He favours a technical approach, alert to the evidential potential of new technologies. He thus has the tools to handle complex proceedings effectively.

Drawing on his practice within the Lyoxa association – an organisation advising on association structuring – and his project-management knowledge, he assists non-profit organisations in carrying out their projects.

In addition, thanks to his experience as an officer in the Swiss Army, he advises and assists anyone in administrative and criminal military proceedings.
