Mirolub Voutov

Mirolub Voutov is a lawyer admitted to the Geneva Bar and a member of the Geneva Bar Association and the Swiss Bar Association.

He practises mainly before the criminal, civil and administrative courts of French-speaking Switzerland. His practice focuses mainly on criminal law, civil law (separation and divorce, contract law, corporate law) and administrative law (immigration law, insurance law). He acts both in judicial proceedings and in dealings and disputes with the administrative authorities, in French-speaking Switzerland.

He advises and represents clients with a view to the legal analysis of the case, the prevention of disputes and representation in litigation.
