Hichem Matri pleads before Geneva's criminal, civil and administrative courts, where the outcome of a case is decided in a handful of hearings and where preparation makes the difference.

He assists private individuals and businesses at every stage of proceedings and defends them from the first exchange of written submissions to the final appeal. He also defends them through advice. Contract law is his field of choice, from negotiation to drafting. He acts upstream to prevent disputes and downstream to resolve them – by settlement when it serves his client, by trial when necessary.

Sports law is his other field of choice. In it he assists athletes, clubs and organisations with their contracts, transfers and disputes.
