Tenancy law governs the relationship between landlords and tenants, whether for residential or commercial premises. FORI Avocat·e·s SA advises landlords and tenants on all matters relating to the conclusion, performance and end of the tenancy: drafting and negotiating residential or commercial leases, setting and challenging the rent, inventory of fixtures, works and defects in the leased property, as well as questions of subletting and lease transfer.
